NCIS engines come complete with all timing covers installed, so it is only necessary to swap a few components for quick installation of an NCIS Services engine. The engines come pre-primed with oil and a filter, and we also provide intake and exhaust manifold gaskets.

Every reconditioned Subaru engine includes:

• Cylinders torque plate honed .25 mm or .50 mm , oversized

• New pistons and rings

• Main bearings and rod bearings

• Resurfaced and reconditioned cylinder heads

• All new gaskets and seals, including MLS head gaskets

• New Timing belt, timing belt tensioner, all timing belt idler pulleys

• New water pump, thermostat, oil pressure switch, exhaust studs and spark plugs

• Resurfaced block deck

• Polished standard size crankshaft or new Factory Subaru crankshaft

• New oil pan

Services warranty

NCIS Services warrants each engine for 1 year with unlimited miles to the original user, to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, with the following provisions:

• The motor oil shall be changed every 3,500 miles. Only receipts with miles and date can be used to show proof of oil change intervals.

• The engine will not be allowed to overheat. The heat tab attached to the engine must remain in place and intact at all times to prove that such overheating has not occurred.

• Failure due to contamination or lack of lubrication will not be warranted.

• The engine has not been modified.

The obligation of this Warranty shall be limited solely to repairing or replacing the product, or any defective part thereof, after NCISS inspection.  In no event shall NCIS Services be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale of the engine, including but not limited to rental car charges, any tow charges, labor not done by NCIS Services, or any failure of accessory parts such as hoses or gaskets which are not part of the reconditioned engine.

*All Electrical components such as Cam sensor, Crank sensor, oil and coolant temp sensor,oil level sensor and VCT Solenoid are used components and carry a 30 day warranty. Oil pressure sensors are new and have a 1 year warranty
